Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Suga and PopPop! Here's everything you need to know about our shipping.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note: Custom and personalized orders may require additional processing time. We will contact you if your order requires more time to prepare.

Shipping Rates & Delivery: We offer the following shipping options for domestic US orders:

• Standard Shipping (USPS Ground) — $8.00 — Estimated delivery 2–8 business days
• Priority Shipping (USPS Priority Mail) — $12.00 — Estimated delivery 1–3 business days

Local Pickup: Free local pickup is available at our location: 5832 Meadow Lane, Kaufman, Texas. We will notify you by email when your order is ready for pickup. Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be prepared.

Order Tracking: A tracking number will be provided for all shipped orders via email.
